Elizabeth M. Rosero is a senior financial professional with extensive experience in taxes, accounting, mergers and acquisitions and business consulting.  Elizabeth is a licensed CPA in the state of NJ.  She has been practicing on her own since 2002 in her office in Cedar Knolls.

Elizabeth is a member of The National Association of Tax Professionals, NJ Society of CPA’s and Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).

Prior experience

Siemens Corporation, New York City – Senior Financial Advisor in Mergers and Acquisitions Department, where she managed and executed investment and divestiture projects including minority investments and venture capital.

Union Camp Corporation – Financial Associate in the Financial Planning & Analysis Department where she was responsible for financial/operational analysis, budgeting, competitor analysis and special projects including industry analysis and acquisition studies.

Production Base Modernization Agency, US Army, Dover, NJ – Program Manager responsible for management of multi-million dollar modernization and expansion projects for the army production facilities of propellants and explosives.

Exxon Research and Engineering Co, Florham Park, NJ – As a Senior Planning Engineer she supervised and coordinated review of capital projects for worldwide affiliates and developed investment parameters, operating savings, and return on investment.
